Brand & Visual Identity

A brand identity system built to carry a category, not just fill a style guide.

Most small and mid-size businesses inherit a logo, not a brand. The mark might be fine, but there is no strategic foundation underneath it: no clear positioning, no naming logic, no system for how the brand behaves across packaging, ads, and the website. The result is a business that looks interchangeable with its competitors and has to win every sale on price or relationships instead of recognition.

A living brand guide your team and vendors can actually use

01Weeks 1–2

Audit and positioning

We study your market, your three closest competitors, and your actual customers, then define the single positioning your brand can defend that nobody else can claim.

02Weeks 3–6

Identity system design

We design the full visual system: mark, color, type, and the supporting elements that let the brand show up consistently everywhere it needs to.

03Weeks 7–9

Application and collateral

We apply the system to your highest-priority touchpoints, packaging, deck templates, signage, social, so launch day has real assets, not just a logo file.

04Week 10

Handoff and guidelines

We deliver a brand guide built for your team and any vendor you bring in later, so the system holds together without us in the room.

Project-based, starting at ranges below. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after your audit.

Usually a refresh. If your logo and core message are working but feel inconsistent or dated, a refresh that tightens the existing system costs a fraction of a full rebrand and ships faster. We tell you which one your business actually needs during the audit, before any contract is signed.

A focused identity refresh typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. A full identity system with naming and packaging runs 8 to 12 weeks, depending on how many touchpoints need design.

We can, but it is scoped separately. The identity system is built first so the website, ads, and print collateral all draw from the same foundation instead of being designed in isolation.

We review them as part of the audit. If the strategy is sound and only the execution needs sharpening, we work within that foundation. If the positioning itself is the problem, we say so before recommending a rebuild.
